After numerous open mic appearances and a slot opening for illustrious brooding anglophile Levi Weaver the previous fall, Cookeville's finest folk outfit comprised of TTU students, The Runaways, celebrated the release of their first album, "West Fifth," at their favorite local venue, the Backdoor Playhouse, on Thursday, January 29, 2009.
